Production Capabilities

 

•Workshop & Equipment: Owns a 50,000+ square meter 100,000-class GMP production base and a 5,000+ square meter R&D & testing center; equipped with over 200 sets of imported production equipment from the US, Japan, South Korea, Switzerland, etc., with automation management reaching over 80%, including computer-controlled full-automatic soft capsule production lines and full-automatic production lines for tablets, powders, and oral liquids.


•Dosage Form Coverage: Has production qualifications and capabilities for 12 major dosage forms (soft capsules, hard capsules, oral liquids, ointments, powders, tablets, jelly, gummy candies, granules, tinctures, tea bags, and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces), covering major dosage forms of health food; can produce health food, special dietary food (sports nutrition category including endurance, energy control, protein supplement, post-exercise recovery, speed and strength types), and food and beverages.


•Production Scale & Efficiency: Can process over 400 orders per day, with an on-time delivery rate of over 99% and a 100% market sampling qualification rate; accepts more than 30 customer audits annually and passes all of them.
